Consumers that are interested in purchasing a house through Preferred Building Systems will be paired with a builder that is approved and familiar with our products and building process. Once the consumer and builder have a rough idea of what the consumer is interested in the sales and design team at PBS can create price quote. Once the price quote is within the consumers budget a set of preliminary drawings can be made and the home begins to take shape. The consumer with their builder can pick their options like siding, windows, doors, kitchen, baths, lighting and flooring.
Modular Building is Faster and More Efficient
Preferred Building Systems sales and design team will create a full set of blueprints for the consumer and builder to review and make any final changes. Once the final changes have all been made then it is time for the factory to begin the scheduling process to build the home. Your new home should be delivered within 8-10 weeks, this is typical but it depends on peak and off-peak seasons and special materials you request for your home.
