(Whether you subscribe to the LEED Program or the NAHB Green Building program) Builders then complete the home, with instruction from the factory, to achieve the highest rating available. We right-size your home, eliminate unused material, use recycled material and recycle our waste.

Engineered cellulose insulation composed of 85% post-consumer recycled newspapers, along with our air sealing details can provide up to 40% savings on your heating bill.
Water
Low-flow showerheads, faucets, 1.6 gpf toilets are standard and dual flush toilets are available. In addition, our valves and faucets are lead free.
Resources
High strength GreenGuard certified glue system creates an airtight drywall system and a better primed finish.
Indoor Air
All paints have low-to-no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and our adhesives are low-VOC and most meet GreenGuard certification.
