Build Process

Our specialized process utilizes the modular method of construction to ensure that we deliver a consistent level of quality project to project. The modular method of construction involves building sections of a house in our climate controlled environment and then we deliver these sections to a builder's prepared site. Our sales, design and project management team collaboratively work as part of the a builder's overall project team on product selections, scope of work and floor plan layout that offers attractive curb appeal inside and out for homeowners.

How We Build

In each project we can do as little or as much interior finish that is planned for. Levels of finish for projects can range from a shell package with wires, insulation and drywall applied to more complete packages with walls primed, elaborate interior trim details, cabinets installed with countertops, sinks and faucets installed. We have the ability and flexibility to not only customize the design, but also the scope of work to meet various levels of finish for the builder to complete with the homeowner.

Responsible

We offer many different home styles that when carefully planned can offer you a lifetime of comfort and enjoyment and still maintain that level of environmental consciousness that a homeowner desires. In addition we provide customer service support to the builder on the project for any workmanship items for a 1 year term from date of delivery. Extended coverage for major structural defects under the 2-10 Warranty program is also available for residential homes. Also, various product manufacturers provide direct warranties on materials and components providing additional assurance of long term performance and security.
